Happy Hour Finder ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Happy Hour Finder mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Location data. With your permission, we use your device location to show nearby deals and distances. Location is used on-device and to display relevant results; we do not sell your location.
• Saved deals & preferences. Deals you bookmark and filters you set are stored to power your personalized experience.
• Purchase information. When you subscribe, our payment processor (RevenueCat, working with Apple App Store and Google Play) processes your subscription. We receive your subscription status but never your full payment card details.
• Usage & diagnostics. We may collect anonymized app usage and crash data to improve reliability and features.
• Notifications. If you enable them, we use push notifications to alert you about deals. You can disable these anytime in your device settings.

How We Use Your Information

• To show relevant deals near you and power search, filters, and maps.
• To manage your subscription and premium access.
• To send deal alerts you have opted into.
• To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the App.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with service providers who help us operate the App (such as RevenueCat for subscription management and Apple/Google for payments), and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Choices

• Disable location access in your device settings at any time.
• Turn off notifications in your device settings.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
